Evan Darling

The Evan Darling State Farm Agency serves California, Nevada and Oregon providing insurance and financial products: Auto, Life, Home, Flood, Earthquake, Business, Workers Compensation, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, Boat and Pet Insurance. Please note that in California State Farm is currently not taking new applications for Home, Business, Workers Compensation or Renters Insurance.

Evan was born and raised in rural Southwest Alaska. After graduating from Western State College of Colorado in 2001 he began working in corporate wellness and health promotion throughout Alaska. In 2006 Evan began working in the commercial fitness equipment industry where he was able to design strength training equipment and equip fitness amenities throughout the Western US and Canada. The State Farm agent opportunity helped Evan achieve a life-long goal of business ownership, serving as an employer and to work more closely within the community he lives in.

Evan and his bilingual team of licensed professionals bring exceptional attention to detail when working with current and prospective customers. They are committed to providing an excellent customer experience when shopping for insurance, and, most importantly, when customers need to use their insurance to be made whole again. Evan is an avid rider of bicycles and motorcycles as you will notice when you visit his spacious and modern State Farm office. When not at work you will typically find Evan enjoying the spectacular mountain bike trails in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Evan is passionate about fitness and wellness and incorporates his background in the field in all that he does as an agent and as an employer. He is a volunteer NICA mountain bike coach to youth athletes and a business member of the Santa Cruz Mountains Trail Stewardship and the Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Evan lives in Watsonville with his 9 year old son and dog (Baxter) whom you will likely meet should you pay the office a visit.
